During office hours, every weekday from 9am to 4.30pm, you can contact our call centre, in English, on +32 2 899 28 29. However, for the following reasons, we prefer to communicate by email. But don't worry, you'll always receive the best personalised support! We've taken this decision to keep our prices low and our quality high. Telephone queues can be frustrating, and we've found that they don't allow us to offer you the level of service we want. By favouring e-mail, we can provide you with more efficient and accurate assistance. We can exchange photos, links and even view your screen to guide you step by step.
